Circle Bay Office

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of Circle Bay Yacht Club Condominium Association, Inc., under the direction and authority of the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities include coordinating association maintenance and repairs, communicating with residents and vendors, monitoring and coordinating contracted services, maintaining association records and management systems, assisting with association meetings and notices, coordinating vendor proposals and projects, processing invoices for Board approval, responding to resident service requests and concerns, and assisting the Board with the implementation of Association policies, rules, regulations, and applicable Florida condominium requirements.

The Property Manager does not have independent authority to make decisions reserved for the Board of Directors and operates within the authority granted by the Board and the Association's governing documents.
