Description

Circle Bay Yacht Club Condominium Association Inc., a non-profit Florida corporation, and its successors.  The Articles of Incorporation of the Association were filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Florida on December 26, 1974, and were recorded December 26, 1974 in Official Records Book 381 at page 1002 through 1008 of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida, and are expressly incorporated herein by reference.

 

The physical property is comprised of 295 units.  There are 10, three story buildings (with elevators) and 4, two story buildings (without elevators).  The community has a clubhouse, swimming pool and spa and a covered deck area with grills overlooking the south basin. Circle Bay has approximately 20,000 square feet of combined dock space between both, north and south basins, giving access to the St. Lucie River and Atlantic Ocean.
