chevron_rightWhat are my voting rights in the Condominium Association? Each unit is entitled to one vote. In case of joint ownership, one owner must be certified as the voting member.

chevron_rightWhat restrictions exist in the condominium documents regarding my right to use my unit?
- At least one person occupying a unit must be age 55 or over.
- No one under the age of 18 may be in permanent residence. Visitors under the age of 18 are limited to a total of 90 days per year, with an adult 55 or older in attendance.
- Guests, other than immediate family, are limited to a 30 day stay, in the absence of the owner.
- Vehicles other than passenger cars are not permitted to be kept at Circle Bay. Vans and mini-vans are permitted. Trucks and commercial vans are not permitted.

chevron_rightWhat restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
- No Unit may be leased in the first year of ownership unless title is acquired by inheritance. A unit may be leased for a minimum of three (3) months and a maximum of twelve (12) months. One lease is permitted per calendar year.
- No one under the age of 18 may be in permanent residence. Visitors under the age of 18 are limited to a total of 90 days per calendar year with an adult 55 or older in attendance, on an annual lease.
- At least one person occupying the unit must be age 55 or over.
- No subleasing is permitted.
- Vehicles other than passenger cars are not permitted to be kept at Circle Bay, Vans and Mini-Vans are prohibited. Trucks and commercial vans are not permitted.

chevron_rightHow much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type, and when are they due? Assessments are due quarterly and are payable, January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year. Please contact Circle Bay Office if you have a specific question about the assessment of a specific unit.

chevron_rightAm I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreation or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually? Only for leasing of dock, if you wish to keep a boat at Circle Bay, current fees are $1.50 per foot, per month.
